Greeneville City Schools is currently accepting on-line applications for School Nurse- RN at Greeneville Middle School. The School Nurse is responsible for performing student medical/health procedures as required during the school day, with parent permission according to a physician’s order in accordance with the Tennessee Nursing Practice Act, applicable state laws, and the Greeneville City Schools protocols and guidelines. This position requires the ability to become proficient in the use of computer software used for school health records. This is a Full Time position and does include benefits.

Qualifications required: Current valid unrestricted RN License in the state of Tennessee. CPR/BLS by American Heart Certification required prior to start date. Minimum of one (1) year experience in pediatric nursing, public health nursing, school health nursing, or community health nursing preferred. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
